Dave created Carlsbad Physical Therapy in 1987. A former swim coach and teacher, Daves enthusiasm carries over into his business. Over the years, Daves creativity and foresight have allowed PTHC to grow into the network it is today. His morals and insistence on absolute integrity, throughout the company, make PTHC a leader in the field of physical therapy. When not working, Dave enjoys spending time with his family. |

Mike joined PTHC in 1998 when his practice became San Marcos PTHC. In 1999, he helped open Escondido-Valley PTHC. Mike has a long history of diligent community service in the northeastern area of San Diego County. He has brought that same tireless work ethic to PTHC and has helped PTHC expand into new geographic areas. Mikes professional interests include practice development and orthopedic therapy. Outside of work Mike enjoys water-skiing, mountain biking, golf and spending time with his family. |

Charlie joined PTHC in 1998. He helped to open Santee PTHC and directed that clinic for three years. In 2000, Charlie formalized PTHCs internal and external continuing education programs, and continues to take an active role in scheduling PTHCs continuing education seminars. Charlie took on the full-time task of coordinating the marketing program for PTHC in 2002 and continues to help PTHC grow by working on a multitude of programs. Charlies hobbies include surfing, mountain biking, collecting wine and spending time with his family. |

Scott has worked for Physical Therapy & Hand Centers since 2001 after earning his DPT from the University of St. Augustine in Florida. Until June 2004, he succesfully directed the Palm Springs Physical Therapy office for PTHC. Scott expanded the scope of the practice at Palm Springs PTHC to include a wide range of orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses. Since June 2004, Scott has taken on the role of directing the operations for the Arizona PTHC locations. Scott works hard with the Arizona clinicians to establish the reputation for quality, integrity and consistency that PTHC is known for in California. In addition to holding his Doctorate of Physical Therapy, Scott is a certified manual therapist (MTC). |

| Mark Turner, MPT |

|
Mark received a MPT degree in 2000 from the University of St. Augustine in Florida. Since that time he has practiced in Washington, Oregon and now Nevada. He has been actively involved in local high school sport programs, and enjoys treating various orthopaedic cases. Mark joined PTHC in 2003, and when not at the clinic, he enjoys various outdoor activities with his family. |

Ingrid joined PTHC in 1999 and has helped to organize the chaotic logistics of running several clinics. She currently manages all of the business affairs for PTHC. When she isnt running the business office, Ingrid enjoys the desert, the river and spending time with her family. |
